Common questions about syncing, importing, plans, and account management.Does Cardary support spaced repetition?
Yes. Cardary uses a spaced-repetition scheduler with new, learning, review, relearning, completed, and suspended states.
Which import files are supported?
Spreadsheet import supports .xlsx and .csv. .xls is not supported; convert it first. Anki import supports package-based migration from .apkg.
What happens if I miss reviews?
The queue grows, but cards are not lost. Resume with due reviews, reduce new cards, and avoid resetting the deck unless you intentionally want to restart.
What syncs between devices?
Deck content, preferences, learning schedules, logs, notes, tags, and resources can sync through the deck sync flow.
Do I need CardaryPlus?
No for basic study. Plus matters when you need larger limits, attachments, OCR, media-heavy decks, AI-assisted workflows, or large imports.
How are AI and OCR handled?
AI prompts and relevant card/deck context may be processed by Firebase AI / Google Gemini. OCR images are uploaded to Cardary servers and may be processed by Aliyun OCR or Xfyun / iFlytek OCR. See AI and OCR.
How do I delete my account?
Use the account deletion flow in the app or contact support. Export anything you want to keep first. See Account Deletion.
How do I get support?
Use the Contact page and include device, account, deck name, and what you were doing before the problem appeared.
