Terms governing the use of Cardary applications and related services.

Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cardary mobile applications, website, sync services, account services, AI features, OCR features, paid features, advertising-supported surfaces, and related services provided by AIBase.biz.

By accessing or using Cardary, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms are intended to describe the product as implemented and should be reviewed by legal counsel before publication or store submission.

Eligibility and accounts

You may use Cardary only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. If you create or connect an account, you must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and remain responsible for activity through your account.

Cardary may support Google Sign-In, Sign in with Apple, email-based account flows, and other supported sign-in methods. Third-party sign-in providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

User content ownership and license

You retain ownership of decks, cards, notes, files, images, audio, formulas, comments, prompts, generated drafts, imported content, and other content you create, upload, import, publish, share, or sync through Cardary.

You grant AIBase.biz a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, display, copy, convert, package, back up, analyze for service operation, and otherwise use your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support Cardary.

You must have the rights needed to upload, import, publish, share, distribute, or process your content. Do not upload or share content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, contains unlawful material, or harms other users.

Shared and published decks

Cardary may allow users to publish, sell, share, import, download, copy, or collaborate on decks and resources. You are responsible for content you publish or share and for ensuring you have permission to distribute it.

AIBase.biz may review, remove, unpublish, restrict, or disable access to shared or published content if it appears to violate these terms, applicable law, app-store rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, product safety rules, or community quality requirements.

Downloaded or imported decks may come from other users or third parties. AIBase.biz does not guarantee their accuracy, quality, availability, legality, safety, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.

CardaryPlus, purchases, and subscriptions

Some features require CardaryPlus or another paid entitlement. Paid features may include larger deck and card limits, resource storage, attachments, OCR-powered workflows, AI features, advanced editing, and other capabilities shown in the app.

Subscriptions, trials, billing, cancellation, renewal, and refunds are handled by the app store or platform where you purchased the product, such as Apple App Store or Google Play. Cardary stores purchase verification results so it can provide and restore entitlements.

Prices, availability, trial offers, renewal behavior, taxes, and refund eligibility may vary by store, platform, country, region, and product configuration. See the Subscriptions policy for details.

AI and OCR features

Cardary may provide AI-assisted card explanation, AI card creation, text recognition, question recognition, formula recognition, and card recognition. These features may process card content, deck context, prompts, images, and recognized text through Cardary servers and third-party providers.

AI and OCR outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, offensive, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing generated or recognized content before relying on it, saving it, studying it, publishing it, or sharing it.

Do not use AI or OCR features to process unlawful content, content you are not allowed to use, sensitive personal information without permission, confidential third-party information, or content that violates another person’s rights. More detail is available in the AI and OCR policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • misuse the service or attempt unauthorized access;
  • interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse Cardary infrastructure;
  • upload malicious code, harmful files, deceptive content, or illegal material;
  • violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or harm others;
  • publish or share unlawful, abusive, exploitative, misleading, or unsafe content;
  • bypass paid feature limits, entitlement checks, usage limits, security controls, advertising controls, or app-store rules;
  • use automated systems in a way that harms service reliability or other users;
  • use Cardary to create regulated professional, medical, legal, financial, or academic decisions without independent review.

Third-party services

Cardary relies on third-party services, including app stores, sign-in providers, purchase verification providers, Firebase, Google Mobile Ads, cloud infrastructure, AI providers, OCR providers, storage providers, and communication services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Cardary is not responsible for third-party service availability, policies, billing systems, platform rules, model behavior, OCR accuracy, ad content, or data handling outside Cardary’s control. Account deletion and termination

You may request account deletion through the app or support. Account deletion is processed asynchronously and may remove profile data, login records, device records, third-party sign-in links, decks, cards, learning records, resources, and related account content. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security, payment, fraud-prevention, backup, or audit reasons.

AIBase.biz may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Cardary if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, abuse the service, or if continued access would harm users, infrastructure, partners, app-store standing, or the service.

Service availability and changes

Cardary is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent storage, compatibility with every device, operating system, network, file, template, app-store policy, third-party service, AI model, or OCR provider.

We may add, change, suspend, remove, or limit features at any time, including free features, paid features, usage limits, AI features, OCR features, import/export behavior, sync behavior, ads, and supported platforms.

Cardary is a learning and productivity tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, professional, or academic advice. You are responsible for how you study, use, publish, and rely on content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBase.biz disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, uninterrupted service, and error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIBase.biz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, study outcomes, purchase platform issues, third-party service failures, model errors, OCR errors, ad content, or content errors arising from your use of Cardary.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Continued use of Cardary after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
