Share Decks

Share a deck only after its structure is stable enough for someone else to use.

Ways to Reuse Deck Content

Cardary supports several reuse patterns:

• publish or share a finished deck with other learners;
• download decks from the library when available;
• copy content into another compatible deck;
• export review material for offline study or checking;
• import updates from a source file after reviewing a sample.

The best method depends on whether other people need to study, edit, or only read the material.

Before Sharing

• Remove experimental, duplicate, and broken cards.
• Make names, categories, tags, and descriptions understandable to another learner.
• Check that images, audio, formulas, and files are present.
• Remove private notes, personal data, or sensitive screenshots.
• Do not share copyrighted material unless you have permission.
• Review AI/OCR-generated content for accuracy.
• Run a short review session to catch broken prompts.

Publishing Responsibility

You are responsible for content you publish or share. Cardary may remove or restrict published content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, misleading, privacy-invasive, abusive, or inconsistent with the Terms of Service.

Published decks should not include:

• private personal information;
• confidential work or school documents;
• copyrighted textbooks or question banks without permission;
• medical, legal, financial, or professional advice presented as authoritative;
• harmful or deceptive content.

Copying Between Decks

Copying works best when source and target deck types support the same card styles. If the target deck cannot display a card style, copy may fail or require conversion.

When copying, decide whether to include:

• cards;
• categories;
• resources;
• notes;
• tags;
• learning progress;
• learning logs.

Copying learning progress is useful when you are reorganizing your own decks. It is usually not appropriate for publishing a clean deck for other learners.

Review Export

Review export is useful for checking a deck outside the app, printing a reference, or proofreading. Exported material should still be treated as user content: check privacy, copyright, and accuracy before sharing it.

Practical Strategy

Small focused decks are easier to reuse than one giant archive. If other people rely on the deck, keep changes deliberate and review imported updates before publishing them.
