Subscriptions

CardaryPlus purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and restore behavior.

Overview

CardaryPlus is the paid entitlement for heavier study workflows, larger libraries, attachments, OCR, AI-assisted creation, and other features shown in the app. The exact features, limits, prices, and trial offers may vary by platform, region, version, and product configuration.

Where billing is handled

Purchases made inside the iOS app are billed by Apple App Store. Purchases made inside the Android app are billed by Google Play. Cardary does not directly process your card number or app-store payment method.

Auto-renewal

If you buy an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically unless cancelled through the store before the renewal deadline set by Apple or Google. The store may charge your payment method shortly before the next billing period begins.

Cancellation

Cancellation is handled by the store where you purchased:

  • iOS: manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings or App Store subscription settings.
  • Android: manage subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting the Cardary app or deleting a Cardary account does not automatically cancel an app-store subscription. Cancel through Apple or Google if you no longer want renewal.

Trials and promotions

Trial availability, duration, eligibility, and conversion rules are controlled by the store and product configuration. A trial may convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Restore purchases

If you reinstall Cardary or move to a new device, sign in with the relevant Cardary account and use the app’s restore or entitlement refresh flow. Entitlement restoration depends on the store account, receipt or purchase token, network availability, and Cardary’s verification service.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by the platform where you purchased:

  • Apple purchases: use Apple support or reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Google Play purchases: use Google Play support or the Google Play refund flow.

Cardary can help investigate entitlement status but cannot guarantee a store refund.

Limits and changes

CardaryPlus may increase limits for decks, cards, resources, media, AI, OCR, import/export, or advanced editing. We may change feature availability, fair-use limits, or plan packaging over time, subject to applicable law and store rules.

Account deletion

Account deletion may remove Cardary account data and user content, but purchase records may be retained as required for entitlement, tax, fraud-prevention, support, and legal obligations. Account deletion does not cancel auto-renewal in Apple App Store or Google Play.
